Frequently Asked Questions

How do I place an online order?
Ordering online is easy. Simply find what you are looking for and choose the product you need. Add the item(s) to the cart and select Checkout. You will be asked for billing and shipping information and then you will submit the order. You will receive an email notification that the order was processed. You will also receive a notification when the order ships. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Internet Banking.

Can I place an order over the phone?
We are currently not taking orders over the phone.

When will my card be charged?
Your card is charged at the time you submit your order. If for some reason an item you purchased is not available, you will be contacted within 3 days and a full refund will be given.

I did not receive an email confirmation after I submitted my order. Did my order go through?
If you think you placed an order correctly, but did not receive an email confirmation with a receipt, it is probably because the email address you entered was invalid, probably due to a spelling error. Please email us at customercare@fameblue.com or call us at +91 9944081444 and we would get it resolved.

Do you use my personal information?
When you make a purchase online, you are automatically enrolled in our email newsletter, where we highlight new product, exclusive sales, promotions and events. We do not share, rent or sell our list to a third party. We do not keep credit card information on file, only shipping and email addresses for your convenience in shopping with us later.

How do I purchase something if I live outside the India?
We are currently not servicing orders outside of India.

I love your website. How many stores do you have and where are they located?
We are an online only store as of now. So we have a store everywhere and nowhere. We would keep you updated if we roll out offline format at any point of time.

Which are the items that cannot be returned / exchanged?
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
  • Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
  • Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
  • Serial Number is tampered
  • Defective products that are not covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty
  • Product is used or altered
  • If request is initiated after 5 business days of order delivery
  • Free product provided by brand

Categories not eligible for Return:
  • Customized Products (eg: lipsticks, compacts, mascaras, etc) cannot be returned since they are available during select promotions and ordered on demand
  • Personal care appliances cannot be returned due to hygiene issues
